German State Teams

Philosophy
To structure a country with a wide network a management system for Splashdiving™ is needed. Therefore each state should manage their own Splashdiving™ region.


The structure
According to the number of states in Germany 16 state teams will be trained and appointed by Kultos. Each team leader is to develop and represent the official Splashdiving™ state team (consisting of athletes).


The Splashdiving™ cadre leader
The Splashdiving™ state team leader must produce certain qualities, in order to be able to accomplish this responsible post:

- a talent in organising

- negotiation experiences

- contacts to regional mechanisms (city hall, mayor, enterprises, media)

- responsible in handling budgets

- 100% reliability

- supports the concept Splashdiving™ and the office of Splashdiving™ International

Job description:

- to plan and execute regional events

- regular, unrequested reporting to Splashdiving™ International

- to structure the official Splashdiving™ state team (e.g. Splashdiving™ state team Bavaria)

- to manage and support the state team

- to complete all relevant tasks to place the state team as part of Splashdiving™ in the public

- to generate and support sponsors (for events and/or for the team)

The events
After a Splashdiving™ team leader is appointed the state team may execute its own events in their region:

- Splashdiving™ Shows

- Splashdiving™ Rookie Cups

- Splashdiving™ state championships

- Bombing Bounce

The team and its trainer
The state team leader should set up the team as fast as possible to be able to use the athletes for shows and events.
According to experience 8-12 people per team is recommendable (at events 4-8 are enough). At the same time a capable trainer is necessary, who can help the team leader searching for members. Castings could be useful, which can be organised with a radio station.

The license system
Splashdiving™ is a registered trademark, so no one may use it without a written permission. Therefore a contract is signed between Splashdiving™ International (Kultos Entertainment Ltd.) and the Splashdiving™ state team leader.
The area of activity, range and further contractual regulations are noted.
In principle the Splashdiving™ state team may only organise events in its territory.
Splashdiving™ International has sovereign right across the country.


The first steps
If one decides to be a Splashdiving™ state team leader please contact Splashdiving™ International (by email or telephone). After a personal meeting and if one is suitable for the job the intended state team leader will be trained.
The fundamental steps of organising and tasks are explained, as well as how to handle the media and the use of the own Splashdiving™ website.

If there is no team in your state, you can apply for the job as an official state team leader.
